Hey guys so I have a dell Inspiron M5030 laptop. Recently It got really slow like it wont even open up google chrome. And when I turn the sound on it seems like there's adds playing through the speakers what do I do to fix this please help.. It all started when I opened up Internet explorer for the first time in a long time. I see this add pop up and I exit out of it then my pc just randomly restarts and when I try to go to my main account it does this blue screen saying PC shutting down to prevent damage.. Any fixes I will rep if you guys can help me. Thanks

You should try to restore the computer with the Windows CD that came with the computer or go into the BIOS and factory restore it if your recovery is on a partition on the Hard drive.. Good luck to you, seems like a virus

clear browsing history and cookies and if that dosent work just re-install windows even though it will erase all of your files. unless you have a back up

Download your copy of Os iso if you do not have the cds, and your the registration key that should be on the pc. use deamontoolslite, to mount the iso, and run installer. Should fix all your issues, be aware you need to back up the files you want to keep, though I think they are put intoi windows old files. But that will eliminate the spyway,adware that is on your pc.
