I saw the trailer first in the Cinema and it was like watching a horror movie on it's own, scared me half to death.
The two people playing the Warrens are very good actors though so it should be good.
Will I go and see it? Probably not... never been one to like scary movies especially in the Cinema.

i saw the movie yesterday at an early screening, truly one of the most intense and scariest movies i have ever seen, the movie was done very well and it was not one of those cheap pop up scare movies most often made now-a-days. over all i give the movie a 9/10, if you have the chance to go see it i suggest you do. my thoughts for the picture is that might be a way to grab attention to the theater, some what of a publicity stunt, pulls customers in.
