I followed all the steps, and the online pass was free but the game still costs 19.99 help?

Some one please please help I have made 2 accounts doing this following the exact instructions and when i go to the market place it says it free until i click on it, it will say Free but i need to put in a credit card which I dont have then when i switch to microsoft points it says its 1920 points. Someone please please help or give me an account that you already downloaded it on so i can re-download. Thx and pm me.
