My gt is yankees2712 and my friends threatened to report me becuase i was hosting a xp lobby on black ops 1. i dont have a modded xbox, and i was using a mod menu in this lobby i was in and i selected "host xp lobby" and hosted for about 10 minutes. Can i get banned for this?

You can but most likely won't because it's an older game

you can get banned for modding any game no matter how old it is.
