Im trying to Jailbreak my Iphone 4s Is on 6.1.3 and I'm using evasion can i do it or will something bad happen

Sorry i wasnt clear it says 6.0-6.1.2 can i still do it even though im on 6.1.3

I wouldnt if i was you. Try googling the jailbreak while including the version you have. Most likely instead of a video you'll get some detailed steps

There isn't an available jailbreak for 6.1.3 on 4s
