I'm stealth patching gta 4 through abgx and this is popping up.

From what iv'e seen thats just saying that the video you get while starting up the game is diffrent then the orignal, If it was a torrent just download another one if you don't want to waste any disks if something goes wrong

What does it exactly mean?

there are 3 that can do that
1.bad iso download
2.abgx video file is messed up
3.your agbx is out of date(Old)

try downloading new agbx
and video files
if that dont work get a new iso

Only thing I can think of is your version of AGBX is out of date. If it turns out to be the current version of Agbx, I suggest downloading another ISO. I have found good ISO's on The Pirate Bay.
