I fixed these before by just getting the update and putting on a USB but this Xbox doesn't even power up with the Xbox logo. It literally goes straight to trying to update and won't even read anything off the USB (yes it is formatted and yes I tried unplugging and plugging back in). I have the right update because I changed the first part of the error from hex to decimal, the dash was 8955. If anyone knows what to do in this case, please let me know. Thanks.
