You don't need a real email, just use [random]@yahoo.com.

it gives you a email and you can edit how long you want it for before it closes itself saves me alot of time making a new email for every account hope this helped someone

In reality they shouldn't ban anyone. They're giving the points for free to accounts and people were just a step ahead and made accounts and got them. It's not like they're losing money if they already have the company X amount of codes for people to use if they didn't make lots of accounts.
