I found this cheap android tablet on eBay and was just wondering if this was a reasonable price for a tablet with these specs. Do you think it has enough cpu or ram to play the latest android games.
I'll appreciate any feedback.

Thats about 20GBP cheaper, so I would say its a good deal, or has something wrong with it.

I just compared the specs to a google nexus 7 and it makes this tablet look awful

Save up for at least a Nexus 7 and don't get something of questionable quality. Ebay is infamous for its listings of low-priced crap electronics that appeal to people who don't know better.
