Most flash games are only one hand. They use the arrow keys mostly.

If you are left handed it would be really tough
to play video games, even with one hand. Plus you
will tired out your only good hand. I suggest you relex
stay away from writing and video games and just watch some movies or start a good tv show. Get well soon! (:
