Just keep trying. I started out terribly without finding the AD for at least 20 minutes but then all of a sudden I'm getting it within 5 tries each time.

Does signing in and out refresh it? Is that how you're getting it? I tried refreshing about 10 times and failed.

100MSP per gamertag. Make an account get the 100MSP then change the GT and get the 100MSP again.
