Here's what it says on the webpage:

Microsoft Points expiration date will be provided upon delivery, if applicable.


This means that if there is nothing on the email, or when you redeem the code about any sort of expiry date, then it doesn't expire.

So when I redeem them on my account they will be taken off my account on the 27th if I don't use them?

The offer will expire on the 27th September or when the stocks run out (Very soon) But the points will not expire and you will keep them.

Ok so what i got from this was yes they expire but you dont have to use the points just redeem the codes!
 they will stay on ur account forever!
