Basically what the title says.
I went to change my GT, "Price: 8.99"
I have MS points that need to be used.
Or is this old news?

$8.99?
Isn't that cheaper than normal? Why are you complaining?
Usually a Gamertag change is 800 MSP, which is $10.00
