jmanzzzzzzzzzz wrote What's your budget?
I'm grateful my mother makes six figures so I was able to get a good car( not great because obviously i'm still a new driver)
I still have it. An '09 charger RT plus.
But if i would go cheaper maybe a jeep(very good in winter) or mazda(sexy fast cheap)
No need to sound like a douche. But, theres no reason to say "my mother makes six figures". That info is not needed and it sounds ilke youre trying to brag. But anyways, yes. Chargers are very nice. I have a '11 RT as well. (look in car showroom for proof if you want) Its powerful and very nice on the inside. It just all depends on your budget/car interests

If you're parents are rich or just have a lot of money, and are willing to pay a lot then cash out and get an awesome car. If that's the case go with luxury, not speed. Speed is cool and all but since you're a new driver you will get speeding tickets and maybe crash a lot. Luxury is nice, and with it you can be safe and go fast.
If your parents aren't rich and willing to get you a car then go cheap. My parents aren't like balling in cash, but they definitely aren't like poor in any way. I got my step-dads old car. It is 15 years old, but damn it's nice not having to pay a cent for a car.
So if your parents, or maybe even you, have a lot of money to spend on it go to a nice dealership and get it new. That will last you well into adult life. But if you aren't willing to spend too much go to a used car dealership, or maybe even craigslist. There's nothing wrong with a used car either way though. A car is a car.

What is your budget? I turned 16 in February and searched for cars for 5 months before getting one. My budget was about $7000 and I couldn't find anything because the used car market is 90% absolute crap. But I finally found a car for me. I leased a 2013 Dodge Charger, I have been a huge fan of Dodge and Chargers for about 5 years now. I got a 2-year lease, 12000 miles a year, for $500 down and a monthly payment of $209. I couldn't be any happier, Chargers give you the most bang for your buck. And they're fast!
This is my mom's side of the family and our cars. (In order left to right) Mom's 2011 Charger, Uncle's 2013 Charger, Grandparent's 2013 Charger, My 2013 Charger
