IMO, it's better to go to 8th or 9th prestige. Then, you always have the option of going up, you WON'T get bored of the game because you've completed everything, you won't play games with people shouting 'HACKER', and IW are on the lookout mainly for 10th prestige people, in my experiance.

Or you could just not join an xp lobby at all, and level up legit.
Not many people in this forum want to do that...
