I'm willing to buy all the parts needed I just need someone to put it together. I don't have the time right now to learn and make one myself. I want an Alienware one but I heard just building and having one customly designed is way cheaper and better. Also all the LEDs that Alienware laptops have too if you have or know anybody in that area of expertise I will pay a little more if it takes it. I just want a solid kick ass gaming laptop. No little screen either lol. Message me all the stuff I will need with an estimate of what it would be around and maybe we can work something out. Thanks

They meant that building a desktop PC is much better than having a company do it for you. Laptops are completely different because you cannot build them from the ground up like you can with desktops. Laptop components are not standardized to work with each other, but you can customize and order one from a manufacturer.
