Crime Website.. Interesting & Nice design

This isn't a crime website. It's a IV:Multiplayer server for the game GTA IV.

I am going to touch on this for you, not the design because well I can't be bothered. Yeah me lazy.

So as for developing the site into a working master peace you are going to need to know: HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL and maybe some javascript for a website as such and trust me that is no easy task. You bring yourself into server side programming and data bases when you do such a thing, sure you can get some forum software that maybe might do most of it for you but if you want it to fit your site you are going to need to be able to edit it heavily.

Right so I have been developing for lets say 6 months maybe and I can only really do with confidence: HTML & CSS, sure I can edit php and what ever else but I can not script it, it would be a mammoth task for a first & would need at least a month of time as it is your first I asume. anyways yeah... there is some insight on what it would take to produce such a product.

Design: even though I said I wasn't going to, it is a little ermm rough lets say, fonts are a big questionable for web design. Size of some stuff is a bit out imo so on.
