Not anymore no, but I haven't really tried yet. At my dad's about an hour ago I used FSD and I was online fine and the KV still isn't banned. I'll try here in a bit, I'm gonna reset my MAC address to keep myself a little more safe from bans Will update with my status and proof if needed

You should replace your launch.ini with the one in the op, you shouldn't be booting to fsd you should be booting to your nxe dash. if your console Stays on boot logo/turns off on boot logo then you've got it right. it does state this in the op.

On another note ALOT of people are asking the same questions and it's getting a little boring now, if you can't read the **** op then don't even bother trying to get on the server if you're literally that retarded

The launch file they provided does not work, since the server is 'down' and there is maintenance being done, the NXE dashboard will not load and will freeze the console. When everyone tries to do the connection through the NXE dashboard it shuts off EVERY time they turn their console on and WON'T boot into the NXE dash, I used the launch they provided and added in FSD3 as the default boot and everything worked fine. As for the being online right now it is not up and not working for me anymore. It was fun while it lasted, but now we wait. Everybody please be patient with the new files being released and don't start posting questions asking when or anything related to the original files. Bottom line is the old files DO NOT WORK ANYMORE and everyone needs to be patient for the new files and stop bothering the $hit out of XeSkynet, FTP, and 0x60000000. The files will be released when they are done and everyone needs to wait and stop posting useless questions.
