1.Configure your USB Flash Drive to your Xbox 360.
2.Once your USB is configured, plug it into your computer.
3.Open up Horizon and scroll over to "Tools" in the uppermost tab.
4.Click on "Theme Creator" while in "Tools".
5.Load a picture that is 1280 x 720 and edited to your liking, into each of the blank spaces labeled "Main Image", "Game Library Image", "Media Library Image", and System Settings Image". Keep in mind that the picture you load will be the background for that area of the dashboard. For example, if I load an image of a Windows 7 wallpaper into the blank space labeled "Game Library Image", that Windows 7 wallpaper will be the background for my Game Library. Same goes for the rest of the blank spaces. Also, there is a template built into the Theme Creator of the Xbox 360's Dashboard to help you.
6.Select your Stage Gradient. (Black usually looks the best.)
7.Name your theme to whatever you desire.
8.Click on "Save to Device" in the upper right hand corner of the Theme Creator.
9.Eject your USB from your computer and plug it back into the Xbox.
10.Move your custom theme named whatever you chose back in Step 7 to your Hard Drive.
11.Your custom theme should now be an option to select in your list of themes already on your Xbox.
12.You are done now! Go amaze your friends with your new personalized theme!
