This is for a gaming laptop
-Processor
3rd Generation Intel Core i7-3630QM Processor( 2.40GHz 1600MHz 6MB)
- Graphics
NVIDIA GeForce GT750M GDDR5 2GB
- Memory
8.0GB PC3-12800 DDR3 SDRAM 1600 MHz
- Hard Drive
1TB 5400 RPM+16GB SSD

I would be playing games like BF3, COD, Diablo 3

I wondering dose it have to be a laptop because for your price rang that's not going to be the best build but if it dose not have to be a laptop I can give you a good parts list for a GOOD pc for around 1000 usd

this would be good for games like that, you should be able to play them on Ultra as well.

It is extremely hard to find a good gaming laptop for under $1000. I suggest an Alienware Desktop. Cheapest one they have is around $700 at lowest.

60fps with custom settings and resolution down on BF3.

I don't recall OP asking for a desktop, why would you suggest one if he didn't ask?
