If you want a jtag just to mod games don't bother getting one.They can do so much more than modding games.What i recommend you doing is do some research on Jtags/RGH's and see what they are designed for and what you can do on them other mod games .

im making alot of mods for everygame i have it will be out in a month due to the fact i have 34games on my console.

yes but I don't recommend getting one for modding just ruins the game in a way. but if that is what you want go for it, it opens a world of freedom to the player as if it were PC which is always a good thing.

You can get any game for free & mod anygame, All you need to do is find the files download

Yes it can.. But you can also play emulators like the original Mario Bors.
