not sure i use creeper host and they make it easy with there control panel you can just post a link to a bukkit and it will put it in your server, Sorry i cant help with it.

If you are talking about the jar file, easy peasy lemon squeazy. All you have to do is rename the 'craftbukkit1.6.2blahblahblah' to 'craftbukkit', make a batch file, right click and edit the file, and add this to it:


Now run the batch file and your server is online!
