My xbox download bar will not move.

does anyone know how to fix this.

Clear your system cache and re-try.

If that doesn't work move over to the chat with a microsoft employee.

Turn on the power and hold the controller sync button on the xbox.
Failing that Clear your system cache.

Ring Microsoft some people are really helpful, and some arnt

Also it might be internet connection because that uses internet because your using Xbox live.
