I saw a 20th prestige Mw3 gamesave MP? Does it actually work like that? If so tell how to do it please.

If it's for PS3 it could work. It wouldn't work on Xbox 360 though.

Other Gamesaves work online such as TDU2 Gamesaves, COD WAW Gamesaves Fable 3 Gamesaves so on.

Yes some gamesaves can be used online
