AMD Radeon HD7750 graphics with up to 1GB dedicated video memory

Preloaded Windows 8

HDMI output and 7 USB 2.0 ports

Would it run it on high settings without lag?

I would just want it on like med to high with decent good frame rate

GTA 5? Not very well. That graphics card isn't the best. I'm guessing this is a pre-build?

Friends computer and Im not building it myself. Im not computer expert and building would be too much of a hassle. I would update video cards but thats about it
