I found this method to work effectively.

1. Go to dashboard
2. Sign out
3. Play black ops 2 (or any other game)
4. Go to multiplayer (or whatever menu)
5. Sign in(it may freeze but just give a minute or two)
6. Done!


Edit* DLC is still there; play a couple of games and wait it out, they'll come back or just wait for treyarch to quit being stupid

mine freezes on the sign in is that suppose to happen?

is this happening to all you...you put in bo2 it loads up then freezes n there's like little numbers at top right hand corner
