Title says it all. I'm looking to build a PC and upgrade from my dinosaur of a laptop. I have an avaliable budget of $600 and would like to build a PC using one of the new Intel 4th gen haswell CPUs. I have a keyboard, mouse, monitor and graphics card already so don't include those in the build please
Things I'm looking for:
-Intel 4th gen CPU
-Decent amount of memory (At least 8gb, I do photoshop and after effects work for college)
-An after market CPU cooler (I'm not looking to overclock but it would be nice)
Thank you to anyone who can help in advance, looking to order within the next 4 days

Did you need an operating system? And which graphics card do you currently have?

Nope, don't need an operating system and I currently have an Nvidia geforce 660 which I'm planning to upgrade at Christmas but I reckon it will suffice until after I get my main build done

There you go, don't need an aftermarket cooler. More to install if you don't plan to overclock on the system. Also that PSU is overkill for a 660 but seeing as there was money to spare it'll give room for a GPU upgrade.
Thanks man If nobody else posts then I guess I'll go with this build. I'll keeps you up to date with how it all goes
