Everyone says that you have to finish all the prestige challenges, but I have never seen the MW2 10th emblem spinning before, EVER.

Even the people that do the new 'all challenges' mod don't have it. These ppl have hacked all the prestige challenges and they don't have it. In their proof videos, on pg 4 of the emblems, one of the emblems is still locked and that's the 10th emblem spinning.
