That's not good, at all to be quite honest.
You should never put bevel on a picture of a person. And the stroke doesn't help much, either.
The font is horrid. And the text placement isn't good either.
Plus, the whole "design" is just a stock picture, and some text over a plain background.
Whatever is going on in the background doesn't look good either.
And, none of the colors really go too well together.
You don't need MGK and Machine Gun Kelly. I would just remove the "MGK" text from the right side. and take the "Lace Up" text and center it more, under the other text, so the placement won't be too bad.
Put a background that's not just a solid color. Have him in front of a city or something.
And use the same shade of red. The "Lace Up" text is too dark, and it doesn't look right.
And speaking of text now, change that font. Literally to ANYTHING else, will look better.

Exactly what Pen-Tool said.
Never ever ever.. use bevel on a image like that.
