Im making a youtube channel and everytime it says continue i click it and is stuck on working screen for hours i tried a diffrent browser, clearing cookies, and restarting my computer. it has never don this before someone please help +REP

My brother had the same problem. They possibly might be working on the servers.

i would try uninstalling your browser and reinstalling. mine did the same thing a few days ago.

Maybe they are just working on it or your internet is bugging up. My computer sometimes does that as well

i guess you can try restarting your internet connection then trying again. it should work

just make a gmail put your youtube name as your google account name then it should make you a youtube channel i think they also let you edit the name.

Try unplugging your PC, go reset your Internet, wait a few seconds then try to make one.

If that doesn't work, then try either using Firefox or Google Chrome, if you already have one of them then un-install it and re-install it and see what happens.
