radeon HD 7850 2GB graphics card

8GB ram

What kind of games can it run and on what settings?

Depends how cheap its selling for, or if you're building it yourself. The processor is a generation behind, but it'll do the job if its cheap enough and the graphics card is a decent mid ranger but i'd favour the GTX660 over it for similar performance and better power consumption.

deff agree with what he said. if you want cheap performance, amd is the way to go
