Its not bricked, I had the same thing happen to my iPhone 4S. All i did was put it in DFU mode and restored back to IOS 6.1.3
I was agreeing with you..but the OP thought his phone was bricked and I was explaining what it actually meant

Not true at all. Just needs to be put into DFU mode and then restored.
If you can do that then it was never bricked. You were just forced to restore. That is exactly what Apple is doing with people who do not have their UDID registered
