Nope it is green but people are sayign it could be my 12volt fan mod

i had the same problem, i tried to re flash my og nand with my nand x and it still wont boot form this day

Try this out:

1. Check the cables on all sides (the xbox, the tv, the wall and the power brick).

2. Depending on if you have a Jtag or an RGH, if it is an RGH it could be that your coolrunner is just taking a long ass time to glitch but if it's a Jtag I couldn't tell you what the problem is.

3. Make sure that you are on the right source/input on your TV and the cables are plugged into the inlets associated with that source/input.
