Hello. My problem is that when I edited my prestige and level my perks that I had unlocked already (all the beginning ones) are all locked and will not unlock at all. if you have ran into this and have found a solution please reply its really pissing me off. I need stopping power the rest of the perks that are locked Idc about.

heres what you do 1.reset yourself 2. level up to 55 no prestige with xp mod 3.use 10th unlock all bind and you should be good. seen this problem alot

Or in order for the level to be set you have to join an online match and get a kill in order for it to work then just dashboard or whatever.
