Eh, I don't like how this isn't really original compared to other backgrounds with the dark gloomy grey CC and it's getting a bit repetitive.

Not terribly keen on the text placement either, also you should get rid of the "Design by" and just put your signature in the bottom right of the banner, looks a bit more cleaner.

I would advice just playing around with both c4d and photoshop to come up with an more original style.
