I am not promising anything but it has worked for me and a couple friends.
This is for UK/EU only as far as I know.

1. Send a blank email to raphael @ dlcentral.co.uk With a subject: Send me a PS trial code.
2. I do not know how long it could take but I received it within 2 hours.
3. Redeem and make sure to cancel your card details on the last day so it does not renew.
4. Yes you will need to enter your card as this is a trial.
