Yes it is enough. I don' know why you'd get that CPU as its 2 generations old.

I don't mean it in a rude way mate, I'm just saying that an i5-4570 would perform the say way, if not better for the price. Also it is more upgradeable for future use.

correct me if im wrong but lower wattage is just cheaper. thats all. there isnt any point in getting more wattage than you need so you be better off going with the lowest possible.

Wattage. More wattage doesn't equate to better quality and the Corsair CX series is decent, but you can generally get better quality for the same price. I should have mentioned in my first post, but the XFX unit I linked has a 5-year warranty, making it my only recommendation.
