does anyone have the patch that you can infect yourself with a modmenu in a private match

There is no menu that you can infect yourself in a private match. There only is an All Client menu which everybody can use and is not infectable.

If you mean system link there is no patch like that out. You can do simple infections like XP etc. But for a full blown menu you have to use XBLS.

well there is someone im in a party with and he had a checkered screen and he started the game and it was a mod menu and he isn't online with a jtag he said he infected himself but he wont tell me what patch it is

He's probably lying. Since if you try to start the checker board maps they will crash the game.

There is no infectable mod menu on MW2 period.
