So I can hear the game volume and everything through the headset, and the green light is on on the piece with volume control, and all wires are plugged in, but I cannot hear voice like people Im in a party with and I cant talk. Anything to help?

Try pulling out all of the cords and replugging them back in thats what i did.

SWITCHH THE GAME VOLUME CORD WITH THE OTHER IT SJOULD FIX IT AND U CAN STILL HEAR GAME

try unpluging the controller cord and plug itt back in
