Or you could try removing the hard drive and booting.

what xbls files are you using if your trying to use the real xbls files without paying your an idiot and if your trying to use exbls files your a idiot also

I literally JUST had the same problem...
You gotta Nuke your HDD. When you do that, It will work!
If you are still having trouble, Boot up your xbox and wait a few seconds, Then open up your disc tray. That should do it

really thought this one would work, . but i tried it 4 times and it just keeps crashing the same point (boot logo) is there any other ways? or should i just wait for a transfer cable?

are you making sure the launch.ini file on your usb doesnt have any plugins set? you can open it in notepad and remove any plugin setting. then plug it in and see if it will boot.
