So i got the white xbox a few days again from a buddy. And it got red ring. I did the x clamp removal thing. And it still has it! Anyone that can help?

I got that error code on my jtag. You will need reflow or a reball to fix it.

Yes it is difficult if you have never done it before. you can send it in to one of trusted sellers in the Xbox 360 Marketplace.
