Actually no it doesn't. All the spoofing does is makes it so you can join partys, You can only join public matches if you join a friend and they click on public match.

If you dont have ACTUAL GOLD on your profile it will not let you search for games. When you're searching it will say "No games found" and it will continuasly do that.
