Ok so i am currently using a xp lobby Tu8 patch and it works fine, i want to host a mod menu lobby like Project Razor v1, i swap the two different dll's but it doesnt work. ill add rep to whoever gives me a detailed answer or guide on how to do this.

You also have to swap default_mp.xex's with it. That will fix your problem as most .dll's will only work with one default_mp.xex

No the mod menu you downloaded should have a corresponding Default_mp.xex with it use that.
