I was wondering could someone make me a YouTube avatar in a clean looking design?

What I want:

Text: EvoTech
Color of the text: Black with white outlines
Background: Light blue background with some sort of black thin stripes (Or whatever you think will look the best)

If the quality is very good and meets my standards I will consider paying you for the work
