Im On A Tight Budget of 450$ But Pushed It To This To Get 8GBs Of RAM.

Rate 1-10 and Will This ALL Be Compatible/Upgradable?

That will perform better for your money. Intel isn't just better than AMD there are reasons why both are good.

Kind of defies the point, if you limit yourself to one retailer you might not get the most for your money. Also it depends what you want to upgrade to.

Its not as good as the other builds, but its cheaper and its not a bad gaming PC for under $450.
