To sum it up,
Scotiabank is "currently" doing a promotion with microsoft points for putting in your email you recieve a code for 100msp. This can only be done if you have your locale set to Canada. You can keep making silver accounts and refreshing the dashboard to get the ad, you can use the same email to.

its not a glitch there is nothing to be patched but they are currently out of codes and hopefully they restock soon
