I have a huge problem with my right anolog stick, if i put it up it stays up and put it down it stays down.

This has happend to about 8 of my controllers, mostly when i press the knife button on CoD. It doesn't go back in place.

Same here i try to fix it by changing the analog stick and cleaning it from the inside of the controller but it still doesnt work.

This is what has happened to my modded controller. I can temporarily fix it by opening it and cleaning it from the inside, how ever after a while it starts doing it again.

It's just all the dust and sweat that rolls into there, you could try taking it apart and cleaning it but it'd probably make it worse (I've tried lol)
Better off just buying a new controller, or if you complain to xbox support about it being persistent, they could possibly send you one for free
