You should be able to just go to the hard drive and move games over.

i've tried that but it doesnt put all the files on my hdd

You could download the iso files and use iso2god. Then you move the game folder via xexmenu.

You can do it multiple ways.

1. Use USB(Reliable)
2. Use Transfer cable (Reliable)
3. Download XBox 360 Neighborhood (Not reliable)

just get a external hdd and download the games and put them on there and play the default.xex
