Hey. Yesterday my computer was working fine then the screen resolution changed to make everything bigger and I couldn't change anything back. Now I tryed to do a system restore and then I logged into my computer but I couldn't see the screen and only my mouse. So when I woke up today to find that after it says "Starting windows" , it goes to a black screen again with the mouse only! I have no Idea whats been happening.I did some research some people are saying its a virus? I'm not sure. Just really need help , I have so many stuff on there, Assignments, Games, personal info. Please help, its a ACER computer.

You need a new harddrive, had this same problem with my old computer. Windows 7 is broke dude. I suggest you get the new HDD and then buy windows 8 and download it

same thing happened to me bro. it will sit on balck screen for legit 30 min but then it works i dont know whats wrong
