Xbox Tutorail:Hover Over Barracks On Xbox Click (Y) And On Anybody Gamertag That Have The Emblem Now Go On there Player Channel then go To There Emblems Very Fast and Click: (B),( B), (B), (A), (A), (B), (A) Then It Should Show The Emblem Your Wanna Now Click (A) on It then Save.

I had this problem. Its because the emblem you copied uses a layer you haven't unlocked. Find the layer you don't have and delete them. Done.
